accounts. In this scenario, employees don’t have to cash paper checks to get

direct deposit.
The approved paycheck amount will be
directly deposited into employees’ bank accounts on the mentioned pay date. The
transaction will be done via a trusted electronic funds transfer system

version
●
Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN)
●
Uninterrupted and secured internet access
● A bank account to manage transactions related to

Process of Direct Deposit:-

Sign in to QB Desktop and go to Main Menu
●
Select Employees tab
●
Now scroll down to My Payroll Service

Choose Activate Direct Deposit

Review the form and type the five digits pin
code without the extension in the legal company detail when asked.

In the section of Verify Your Company
Information, select Edit
●

to QuickBooks before 5:00 pm PST and it will take two banking days before the
check date. The payroll will offload at sharp 5:00 pm PST. Intuit will charge

into employees’ account on the paycheck date.
